  • Included in the Full plan
  • We help you set it up personally

Visma eAccounting is an online accounting package for entrepreneurs and small businesses. With the integration you no longer copy POS revenue and invoices by hand.

What the integration does for you

  • Daily revenue, sales invoices and invoice payments from Count-IT to Visma eAccounting.
  • Customers and suppliers, products, general ledger accounts and cost centres in both directions.
  • Sales and purchase prices travel with the products, in both directions.
  • Product groups, units, VAT codes and payment terms from Visma eAccounting.

You connect through a secure Visma login. Then you map VAT codes and payment methods to the right ledger accounts, so every entry lands in the right place.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the Visma eAccounting integration

Does daily POS revenue go to Visma eAccounting automatically?

Yes. Count-IT sends the revenue as a journal entry to Visma eAccounting. Through the mapping of VAT codes and payment methods you decide the ledger accounts.

Are prices taken from Visma eAccounting?

Yes. Prices travel with the products, in both directions: the sales and purchase price from Visma eAccounting come into Count-IT, and price changes in Count-IT go to Visma. Agree in which system you manage prices, so changes do not overwrite each other.

Are invoice payments sent to Visma too?

Yes. A payment on an invoice goes to Visma eAccounting as a journal entry and is linked to the invoice, provided the payment method is linked to a journal. Payments you record in Visma can be checked and taken over in Count-IT through the open invoices synchronisation.
