Count-IT uses its own Virtual Private Servers (VPS), which are hosted externally. This VPS environment offers an isolated and scalable infrastructure, with the virtual servers being managed exclusively by Count-IT. Third parties have no access to the data stored on these servers, which contributes to the security and confidentiality of the information processed. An off-site backup is made daily.

In addition, access control mechanisms have been implemented to ensure that only authorized users have access to the POS system, and user rights are used to regulate access to functions and data based on predefined roles.

It depends a little on the order: if you only purchase the software, you can start using the system the same day. If you also purchase hardware from us, it may take a few days (provided we have everything in stock). We will always keep you informed of the progress!

When you purchase hardware from us, we always send you a track & trace code so you can follow the delivery closely. This way, you can make sure you are there to receive it and can unpack it right away!

Yes, via start.count-it.eu your environment is also accessible online via other devices (when the rights for this have been set). You can consult all information -products, stock, reports- only the cash register functionality is not available as the license is linked to specific hardware.
