Maarten owns the artisan bakery as well as a sandwich bar Fort Nine. For him, business is about quality, speed and reliability. “I don't want to be busy with invoices and administration. In the center of Vriezenveen, Raymond and Mariëlle, along with Gerald and Miranda, run the store Heart of Vjenne: a shop-in-shop concept where both their own products and those of other local entrepreneurs are sold.
